The year is back on track and everything is back to it's usual order. The order of work, eat and sleep but my soul needs playtime too and the child in me needs to be nurtured every day. Creativity and play go hand in hand and without them my soul starts mourning. My art journal keeps me alive and breathing and helps me to keep the balance in my daily life.
